Customs and Import Tax
Please, be aware that there might be added taxes and customs fees collected on delivery in your country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay them.
Shipping
UK orders for dolls are sent with the tracked 24 service provided by Royal Mail.
International orders are sent via the International Tracked service provided by Royal Mail.
Checkout is now open for European countries from this website. Little Bird of Paradise is located in the United Kingdom. Please remember that customs and handling fees might be applied by each respective country before delivery. The buyer is the one responsible for paying them.
Due to packaging laws, I am unfortunately not able to ship to Germany.
Returns
I am taking great care in the realisation of my products and in the process of sending them. I also try to describe them and picture them as well as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your item gets lost, please contact me via the contact page below and I will be more than willing to find a solution and/or to refund if necessary.
You can ask for a return up to 14 days after you have received the goods. In order to obtain a refund, the goods must first be returned to the seller (except in case of lost parcel).
Please note that the shipping cost is not refunded and that the refund will include the price of the item(s) only.
The return's shipping price will be the sole charge of the customer as well.
Products Section
If you are purchasing items from different sections (dolls/brooches/paintings), the shipping prices will unfortunately automatically add up. If you check out, I will refund the difference but you can also use the contact page to drop me a line so I can twitch things on my end.
