Christmas Fairy, the ginger hair

Every year, I love to create a few little Christmas Fairies. I like to imagine them feeling like little stars on their Christmas trees and being delighted with the magic and happiness of the festive season.
Now, a fairy is not just for Christmas so I hope they get relocated on your walls to be by your side all year long.

Christmas Fairies are handmade from a mix of new and upcycled materials. They are perfectly imperfect and unique.
Their eyes are painted with acrylic paint and their hair is usually made of felting wool.

Measurements
Each fairy is measuring approximately 13.5 cm or 5.3 inches.

They have a string looped at the back so they can be easily displayed.
Please, keep away from direct sunlight and from any contact with a source of water.

They are signed.

As a doll maker inspired by folk art dolls, I want to say that the fabric fraying, the threads still showing or the way things are attached to each other are all voluntary processes. This is the way I find that my creations are beautiful. This how I feel they are unique and original. It shows their frailties, flaws and their strength altogether.
I am working with upcycled materials mostly.
