Two friends

This is a handmade textile artwork featuring a young girl and her dalmatian, inspired by folk art.

These two little friends are very well matched and I am pretty sure everyone would enjoy watching them taking their daily walks.

They are made from a mix of new and upcycled materials.
The girl is made from textiles, her face and top are painted with acrylic paint. Her black hair is made from felting wool. I have sewn a skirt on her (not removable) and painted black boots on her feet.
Her canine friend is made from textiles and painted the colours of a dalmatian dog. He is attached to the girl's legs.

At the back, I have sewn a fabric loop so she can be hung nicely and easily on your walls.
She is signed.

Measurements
She measures approximately 20.5 cm.
