Maybe a ballerina?

This is a handmade textile brooch.

This little cutie bear is wondering if maybe, she would like to be a ballerina (but she doesn't seem too convinced yet...). She is made from a very unique fabric eco dyed with flowers from my garden and enhanced with some pink acrylic ink.

Mounted as a brooch she measures approximately 10cm or 3.8 inches.
She is signed

As a doll maker inspired by folk art dolls, I want to say that the fabric fraying, the threads still showing or the way things are attached to each other are all voluntary processes. This is the way I find that my creations are beautiful. This how I feel they are unique and original. It shows their frailties, flaws and their strength altogether.
I am working with upcycled materials mostly.
