This is a handmade textile artwok inspired by folk art.

This little calico cat is really waiting for someone to spend some time playing with her. She even borrowed a ball of wool to get the entertainment going.
She is made from textile that I have painted. Her clothes are sewn on her body and are made from upcycled materials.

She has a loop at the back of her head so she scan be displayed nicely on your walls if you wish to. She can stand against a heavier object but she might be a little bit wobbly.
She is not a toy and is designed as an art doll. As such, she is signed.
Please display away from direct sunlight and keep away from any source of water.

Measurements
She is tiny, she measures approximately 12cm.

As a doll maker inspired by folk art dolls, I want to say that the fabric fraying, the threads still showing or the way things are attached to each other are all voluntary processes. This is the way I find that my creations are beautiful. This how I feel they are unique and original. It shows their frailties, flaws and their strength altogether.
I am working with upcycled materials mostly.
