Black cat, daisies and mini chick

This is a small folk art painting on cardboard mounted on white mounting board.

This cute cat was painted with a mix of acrylic and neocolor II on a piece of upcycled cardboard.
I love the idea of reusing materials and to transform them as a base for creativity. Cardboard is particularly interesting because it is easily available and it provides a textured background.

The cat painting is 8x8 cm.
The whole piece is 9x13 cm.
